KIND OF LIKE HAVING A BABY
I feel kind of like a woman who has a 3-hour first labor and glides her baby out with 2 pushes and says, "Well, that wasn't bad at all!" and then has her second baby with 26 hours of back labor and 3 hours of pushing.... "NOW I know what everyone is talking about. THAT wasn't labor; THIS is labor."
THIS is Ironman.
More thoughts in the next few days, I'm sure. And hopefully, posts that are not as long as it took me to do the race.

Can't wait to hear more. I'm coming down off the high of signing up yesterday for my first IM - next year in Florida - and will need all the help and information I can get. Your blog is great - but I have to admit, this last post has me a little worried!
