Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!This blog will probably be fairly quiet for a while, until Linae and the other athletes begin really gearing up for the 2007 Ironman Florida.

KIND OF LIKE HAVING A BABY
I feel kind of like a woman who has a 3-hour first labor and glides her baby out with 2 pushes and says, "Well, that wasn't bad at all!" and then has her second baby with 26 hours of back labor and 3 hours of pushing.... "NOW I know what everyone is talking about. THAT wasn't labor; THIS is labor."
THIS is Ironman.
